The Ohio Oil and Gas Association offers the following benefit plan options for its members:

Anthem: Decide to be healthy Health Insurance Coverage
Enjoy quality health care coverage and discounted premium rates through OOGA's Group Health Plan and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Several deductible options are available including, but not limited to - $15 office co-pay, prescription card, vision, dental, life and maternity coverage.

Long Term Care Coverage
These plans are individually designed and as a member of the OOGA you will receive an additional premium discount. Some of these plans may be tax deductible to your company.

Accident Sickness Disability Insurance
This American Heritage Life Plan provides supplemental income to you in addition to other coverage for accidents and illnesses. You also have the choice of individual or family coverage. This plan is provided at the group rates so you can get the purchasing power OOGA provides.

Supplemental Insurance
This plan from American Heritage Life can be a supplement to your general health insurance plan. It provides income to cover out of pocket expenses that usually accompany a cancer diagnosis, such as hiring home health care, days off from work, or other events that may reduce your income.

Intensive Care Coverage
This plan from American Heritage Life provides supplemental income, which helps financially if you are confined to an Intensive care Unit for any accident or illness.

Additional Life Insurance
Additional Term and Universal Life Insurance are available on a voluntary basis. These plans enhance your existing Life Insurance at affordable premiums.
