Vice President of Public Affairs
Penny Seipel is the Vice President of Public Affairs for the Ohio Oil and Gas Association. In this role, Penny is responsible for managing the Association’s public and community relations programs, including the Association’s interactions with other organizations who are mutually working with the OOGA to advance the cause of responsible development of the nation’s crude oil and natural gas resources.
Penny has extensive history in politics, policy and government affairs and has worked in a number of legislative and policy capacities since 1997. Penny is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
