Ohio Oil and Gas Industry Provides Over $1 Billion in Market Value to Ohio

These facts, as reported by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mineral Resources Management, show the vital importance of the local oil and natural gas producer to the Ohio energy market.

Request for Proposals - 1 Bcf of DEO storage held by OOGA Services, LLC

As part of the new Heat Content Agreement between Dominion East Ohio and OOGA, DEO will annually provide OOGA Services, LLC with the option to use up to 1.0 Bcf of its on-system natural gas storage at the prevailing maximum tariff rate applicable to comparable service.

The OOGA Commerce Committee has suggested that OOGA Services, LLC offer to bid out all or part of this storage capacity for the 2008-2009 storage season to the marketers and others on the DEO system. Therefore, OOGA Services is interested in knowing if you have an interest in bidding for the right to subscribe for all or part of this storage capacity for the 2008-2009 storage season. In the event portions of the 1 Bcf of storage are bid out, we anticipate the portions would be in 100,000 Mcf portions, certainly no less than 50,000 Mcf per bidder for the season.

If you are interested in bidding on the DEO storage held by OOGA Services for the 2008-2009 season, please let us know by submitting your proposal to OOGA Services, LLC. Any statements of interest in or a portion of this capacity should be received by February 22, 2008. OOGA Services will notify DEO of its intent for this service by February 27.
